What to do in case of an emergency?

Should you ever need assistance after hours, simply dial (440) 327-8282 and press 7 when prompted. This will directly connect you to the emergency staff within the hospital. Should the phones be out of order or you are unable to get through, please come to the main entrance of the hospital and use the buzzer located at the front door.

While no appointment is necessary, we advise that you call ahead so we can prepare for your pet's arrival. In addition, since payment is expected at the time of service, a credit card is required.

Please do not hesitate to call us anytime with your questions or concerns regarding your pet's medical needs and health.
